Petition Stop the creation of any further unelected peers

The Prime Minister is attempting to create 10 new peers to help ensure the government does not get defeated in the House of Lords. This is an abuse of the system. I suggest we create no further peers and start to vote them in. This way we can transition to an elected second house and stop cronyism.

The existing peers will retain their positions but as the resign/die their seat will then be up for election.
