Rejected petition Better Rights for Tenants

I would like the Government at stormont to look at the current legislation for private tenants in N.I. We need to see an official register for private tenants detailing legal requirements of what a landlord must undertake. As well as this we want to see the Tenancy deposit scheme brought into N.I with immediate effect. Tenants are completely exposed by the current lack of proper legislation.
