Rejected petition A history of no rent arrears should be enough to rent a property.

Currently when renting a property a credit check is carried out on prospective tenants. This means a people who have NEVER had rent arrears are being overlooked & rejected for properties over non housing related debts, that could be from years ago which is unfair & adding to the housing crisis.
