Closed Tax non residents on UK property gains

Foreign resident investors pay no UK capital gains tax on profits from the sale of UK property whereas for example a UK resident pays French tax or US tax on profits realised on French or US property gains. Foreign treasuries re benefitting form taxing such gains. The tax should come to the UK treasury first. This simply reflects what happens in other countries.
