88. Clause 2 of the Bill provides for an early parliamentary general election to take place in two situations. First, where at least two thirds of MPs have voted in favour of a motion to that effect and, second, following the passing of a motion of no confidence in the Government. The present government is bent on ruining the very fabric that makes Britain a proud welfare state. The Health Service is being privatised, and open to EU competition laws, pensions are at risk, jobs are at risk, unemployment is rising, crime will soon follow.
