Rejected petition Allow parents threatened with permanent separation from their children to demand a hearing by a jury with Independent Views.

1) Stop gagging parents whose children have been taken by social services
2) Stop allowing "forced adoption".
3) Stop the taking of children by social services from parents who have not committed any criminal offence
4) Stop social services from taking children from families based on assumption and own personal perceptions.
5) Stop censoring parents freedom to express their love to children taken into care
6 ) Allow independent reviews .. this will avoid bias from social workers involved in the case
7) Allow hearings or trials by Jury to prevent bias from Judges , social services & the police .. Protect a persons right to a fair hearing
