Petition Ban on satellite dishes on the front of buildings

I propose that satellite dishes be banned on the front of buildings, or a tax introduced to make it highly uneconomical to have them on the front wall of a building. They are extremely ugly and can be placed on chimney breasts, on the back of buildings or collectively shared out of sight. This would make the streets of Britain much nicer to look at.
