Petition Ban quad bikes in residential areas

Loud and aggressively speeding quadbikes are everywhere in residential areas morning evening nights. They so loud that my 4 months old son is terrified of them. It’s very normal to see a quadbike speeding 40-50 mph in 20-30 mph zone.

These quadbike riders do not have any respect for speed limits.
No respect if someone is ill at home needs rest.
So loud that little babies waking up screaming.
And above all safety of our kids on the roads just outside your home.
