Water is a basic human right in it's natural form. To add fluoride to our drinking water is mass medication of the population. There are varying theories on how safe fluoride is, and babies and small children are only allowed small amounts. There will be no way of regulating how much fluoride people ingest. If people want to take fluoride then why not put it in labelled bottled water and give people the choice.
