Closed Any parent convicted of a child sexual offence to be stripped of parental rights

As it stands both parents have joint parental rights and responsibilities of their children if born from 2003 whether married or not.

Convicted Paedophiles and sex offenders with children born from 2003 still have legal rights and responsibilities over their children. This needs to change as no parent or guardian should have to fight in a family court to have those right revoked.
