Petition To make it compulsory that new drivers take a speed awareness course

On 22nd May 2018 my brother-in-law tragically died after road traffic accident. Ryan was on life support for 3 days when the doctors told his parents there was nothing else they could do for Ryan, the damage to his brain was so severe. This all happened because of speeding and lack of knowledge.

I would like the government to make it compulsory that everyone after passing their practical driving test must take a speed awareness course before being allowed to drive legally on their own.
