Petition To change DWPs telephone number

Many people who have to contact the DWP are on low incomes or benefits. Most people in these catagories now solely use mobile phones as the way to contact people. Currently to 'phone the DWPs various departments (including benefits agencies) you have to ring an 0845 number, which is incredibly expensive when you ring from a mobile, especially when your often kept on hold for a considerable amount of time. The aim of this petition is to change their number to an 01, 02 or 03 number.
