Rejected petition Stop cold calling/selling in houses to people over the age of 70

An 84 year old signed up £10000 in finance for solar panels that he did not need with a £500 deposit they took there and then. He has dementia and was alone when they took the payment. There be a should be a law that anyone over the age of 70 has to have someone present with them before agreeing.
