To make a specific offence with a penalty of up to 10 years in jail and a minimum of 6 months in jail for desecratiing, destroying, stealing, damaging or vandalising any object that functions as War Rememberance, including War Memorials, Poppy day Poppies, war medals, and the Union Jack. The Law to include immediate deportation within 48 hours of foriegn nationals convicted of this offence.
