The EU Commission came out recently and said that the UK would NOT be punished if they re-opened the tender process for the Thames Valley Link that was awarded to Siemens.

This tender process should be re-opened to allow Bombardier to have a fair chance taking into account the economic impact of lost jobs if Siemens were awarded the contract.
