Immigrants who feel they really must get into the UK will join a small boat that arrives in an unknown Scottish Sea loch.

It is beyond the powers of any government to exert absolute control over who crosses our borders. The existing border control staff are already far too inefficient and have appalling customer service skills. Save some money and can the whole department.

In any case most immigrants create a positive economic impact.
