Rejected petition Enforce Citizenship rules

This year my friend's wife, who has lived and worked in the UK for over 20 years, applied for and subsequently attended the citizenship ceremony with great pride. Of the approx. 50 other attendees about 20 could not even say Hello in English and many made no attempt to dress appropriately. All were accepted!!

The Govt. should enforce the rules for acceptance as a British Citizen..
