The government should abolish the post of Prime Minister. The government should devolve the Prime Ministers powers, roles and responsibilities to the Speaker and Leader of the House and then the government should replace the Prime Minister with an elected President who will only be head of government but wont be head of state as well as the President wont be in that position.
