Rejected petition Enable people to create an account on the epetition website

It's quite a long process to fill in your details and the annoying CAPTCHA form every time you want to just register your vote on an epetition. People should be able to setup an account on the epetition website so that they can register their vote with just a few clicks, instead of the repetitive beaurocratic measures currently involved. This is a fundamental and very necessary change that would encourage a more balanced result of opinion.
