It is unfair that adults aged 18-20 are unable to earn the same minimum wage as those who are 21 and over that are doing the same job. Also since at 18 you are legally classed as an adult, we have to pay adult prices for goods and services, including essentials such as perceptions it means that those aged 18-20 would find it a lot harder to support themselves.

Therefore I put forward that those aged 18-20 should receive the same minimum wage as those aged 21 and over.
