Petition Prevent absent parents from travelling outside the UK if maintenance is unpaid

Recently Australia enforced action against parents with child support debts from travelling in and out of the country until they had settled their arrears. Introducing a similar law into the UK would benefit many UK families and make absent parents face up to their responsibilities.
