Petition Make it illegal for pedestrians to cross a road where a crossing is visible.

Too many RTA occur on the roads of England, with a majority of these being due to pedestrians crossing a road where a pedestrian crossing is accessible for them to use. Drivers are punished for stupidity of pedestrians! It’s illegal in the USA and I feel it should be here where a crossing is visible
