Rejected petition Sheffield Hallam needs a by-election after Jared O'Mara leaves the Labour Party.

Mr O'Mara was suspended from the Labour Party in October 2017 and was only reinstated in July 2018. He resigned from the Labour Party nine days later and is now standing as an independent MP. He is yet to make his maiden speech in the House Of Commons. Hallam needs a by-election to ensure democracy.
