Rejected petition You must get the chance to pay the original parking charge before a fine.

It’s ridiculous that you can incur a £60 fine for not paying all or part of a £0.20p charge when it was an honest maistake. If you pay a parking fee and then overrun you don’t get fined a portion,you are liable for all the fine. Again ridiculous.
