Rejected petition Set up a youth consultation board
More details
Us young people increasingly feel we are not being given a voice in what our politicians do.
I propose that a board of young representatives of high-school and university age should be chosen from across Britain to come to Westminster bi-monthly to discuss matters of state with MPs.
This communication between politicians and young people, this transparency in all aspects of governmental activity, would ensure we all have a say in what affects us.
