Rejected petition Stop umbrella companies reduce employer national insurance from workers.

Currently agency workers forced to use third party payment company called "umbrella". Umbrella charge for service from every wage , but they using worker to pay they national insurance for employees and employers (umbrella). Umbrella should pay they own NI from service fee which they charge.
