given the inherant danger of mixing high speed road transport and two wheeled uninsured , unlicenced low protection pedal cycles and the obvious limitations of space on current roads, also not being able to accelerate to + 30 mph, and not being allowed on motorways for these reasons, so why not on all +30 mph carriageways.
