Petition Make all goods vehicles to have speed limiters set at the national speed limit

Legislation needs to be in place making all goods vehicles speed limiters set at the national speed limit in order to reduce overtaking . At present hauliers set their vehicles at a speed of their choice. This causes bunching of LGV's and causes unnecessary overtaking .
