Rejected petition Allow construction workers the right to wear shorts at their own discretion

Some construction sites have a 'no shorts policy ' despite the working tasks carrying no risk to health / safety . Other sites have no such rules. Fully grown adults should have the right to chose to be cool when working in hot conditions
