For the House of Lords to be abolished and replaced with a Senate of the United Kingdom.

For this Senate to be elected using proportionate representation using constituencies made up of the 82 Metropolitan and non-metropolitan counties of England, the six counties of Northern Ireland, the 22 principal areas of Wales and the 32 county areas of Scotland. Totalling 142 'constituencies'.

For each of these aforementioned areas to send 2 elected members to the 'Senate of the United Kingdom'. Totalling 284 'senators'

For the senate to be secular and fair and to uphold democracy in contrast to the current undemocratic system.
