Water supply is fast becoming one of the most expensive utilities.
I believe every UK citizen should be entitled to a minimum amount, supplied free of charge by all regional water companies, enough to provide the basic human needs and maintain health and hygiene at a good standard.

Water is now an expensive commodity.
There is no option of choice of supplier in the water supply industry for private households.
Water is a life essential and any modern country should be required to provide a minimum amount free of charge to maintain health in the population.
