Rejected petition Reinstate Rathmoyle as a Residential Home to meet the needs of the community

Rathmoyle Residential Home has been a much loved home to many since 1977 and has now been closed to build supported living accomodation which is not a need in this area as there are two other facilities without full occupancy this facility needs reopened due to the high level of need for it
