Rejected petition Compulsory cycling Insurance for cyclists that use public highway.

It’s unfair to all Road users that pay for Road tax and insurance policy’s that when accidents occour at the fault of cyclists there is no insurance policy to claim from. Leaving the rest of the public out of pocket of losses to no claims bonuses
