petition to make absent parent payment for children. a system should be in place for absent parents to pay maintenance payments in to a voucher scheme for caring parent to use.
Too many absent parents fail to pay maintenance as they feel the money they pay may not be spent on their children but on their ex partner or if the ex partner has a new partner they money is used on them rather than the children.

a voucher scheme should be in place which can be used in all high street shops for food and clothes etc
