Rejected petition Bring back the death penalty in the UK for extreme offences.

The UK should bring back capital punishment or the death penalty for extreme offences such as acts of terrorism on british soil, pedophilia or murderers. Justice is not served when these people are sitting in prison for a few years with mobiles, TV's and another chance at life after ruining others.
