Rejected petition Bring back the Plymouth Pavillions swimming centre.

Plymouth closed down Plymouth Pavillions swimming pool as they made the life centre. Everyone prefers Pavillions and wants it back the flumes that went from inside to outside and the snake flumes, the waves machines all of it and it got taken back. We want it back!
