Rejected petition Probe into Ryanair (review conduct, unlawful market advantages & confirm fines)

Following a recent cancellation incident caused by strike actions of Ryanair’s staff & showing lag of willingness to comply with existing laws and regulations (specifically EU Regulation 261/2004), I call upon the UK Gov., relevant bodies & secretaries to probe Ryanair's code of conduct / business.

More details

The probe shall target to identify: (a) whether Ryanair is in full compliance with laws and regulations, specifically in applying EU Regulation 261/2004 (b) whether Ryanair, by not or not fully or not promptly complying with EU Regulation 261/2004, generates unlawful, illegal advantages over other airlines and therefore causes a dislocation of markets, (c) meaningful actions against Ryanair's business practices, take enforcements to stop those and consider appropriate fines where relevant.
