Rejected petition stop the DWP from ruining genuinely sick peoples lives

i want the government to take action on the medical assessment that the dwp and atos devised for people on esa as it is designed to make you fail and is ruining genuinely sick peoples life's. i want to know what criteria do you have to fit into in order to pass the assessment as it seems impossible to pass, and why do you have to wait around a year to have your appeal heard,the system is not working and must be changed, i want to know why the dwp don't contact your doctor to ask what your condition is.
