THIS PROJECT IS VERY LIKELY TO BE DELIVERED LATE AND VERY MUCH OVER BUDGET - WHAT GOVERNMENT PROJECT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME, SUCCESFUL AND WITHIN BUDGET?
WHO WILL NEED TO TRAVEL FROM LONDON TO BIRMINGHAM 20 MINUTES QUICKER?
IT WILL WRECK VAST AREAS OF OUR VALUABLE LAND AND THE LIVES OF MANY PEOPLE WHO NOW LIVE HAPPILY ON ITS PROPOSED ROUTE - WHY SHOULD WE BE DEPRIVED OF OUR HERITAGE AND HOMES?
BY THE TIME IT IS DELIVERED IT IS LIKELY TO OUT OF DATE TO THE NEEDS AT THAT TIME?
