Rejected petition To provide a free portrait of Her Majesty the Queen

Currently the Canadians and Australians can get a free portrait of the Queen. This should be extended to her subjects here in the UK as well. £92 is simply too expensive for many. Whether as a physical delivery or download of an official portrait, or both, it should be available to all for free.
