Rejected petition Label Halal products, give the public an informed choice.

I want to purchase meat from my supermarket in confidence knowing that the products are NOT HALAL, recently shopping in a well known supermarket I found nearly all meat has Halal Meat Authority (HMA) initials on the label . I would like it to show clearly and be labelled HALAL if it is as such.

Nearly all the major supermarkets are selling HALAL meat and other products and not informing the public it is HALAL. I would like to see more clarity in its labelling of HALAL so the public may have an informed choice whether to purchase the product or not as the case may be.
