No existing guarantees that ex partner is actually spending the CSA payments on children. It shows that CSA calculations do not reflect true monthly spendings.

I spend £600/month.
The recipient, does not spend anything on the children as supposed to as I end up paying the clothes, hairdresser, and activities. CSA have no interest in the allocation of the payments
