Rejected petition Put the bench back at sittingbourne cemetery/add a bin

Hundreds of people used the bench daily to sit on, now there is none we can't stop on our walk/runs.
Furthermore I've seen multiple people sit and think/morn over the deceased, what are they going to do now?
