Wythenshawe Community Initiative are a child daycare centre that provide a safe space for children to play and be looked after, whilst parents are working. Everyday they have children and parents lining up to get a place in however many are turned away due to lack of funding and staff.

They are a non-profit organisation, based in Manchester and are for children from the ages of five to eleven.

In 2017 they fundraised £3,498.52 but this is nowhere near enough to support the centre. Many children who turn up at the centre go without breakfast and staff struggle to provide them with enough food due to the lack of money.
