fuel tax makes up more than 60% of its cost. The tax percentage should not be more than the percentage of the tax on bankers bonuss or banks profits or the super rich tax rate. Either the tax is reduced to a level of 40% max or the above should be taxed the same level as fuel. The bankers and banks would be paying towards the economic debt that they created and the super rich the havemores would be bearing the bigger weight of the debt as they are able to afford it.
