It is wrong for landlords to refuse DSS because it discriminating for those who are single on benefits, unable to work or even those who just can’t afford rent!
No one should be refused a home just because they are on housing benefits.
If landlords accepted DSS the houses wouldn’t be empty and they would be getting rent and not just having an empty property because they refuse to rent to someone who is on DSS.
Why was this petition rejected?
There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
