Rejected petition Crack down on middle lane motorway hoggers

There are too many people driving on motorways that stick in the middle lane at a slow speed which encourages people to dangerously undertake.

I observe this happening even when the left hand lane is clearly empty. It creates a slow moving build up of traffic.

I would like a crack down on these drivers that clearly do not understand motorway rules by having some intermittent short term campaigns educating drivers and charging persistant offenders.
