Petition NHS & Social Care Services to adopt the Edith Ellen Foundation Kindness Charter.

As there is little evidence of improvements in addressing unsafe and poor care services, the Government should aim for one standardised quality of care everyone can trust by requiring the NHS and social care providers to adopt this charter.
