Closed Make emotional abuse and bullying a criminal offence

Unless there has been a threat of violence, nothing can be done to stop emotional abuse. This seriously affects mental health. This is a major problem for ex-partners and their children. Emotional abuse should be illegal.

It is also not possible for someone to leave their job for bullying and to go onto job seeker's allowance despite this affecting their mental health due to this not currently being seen as an issue.
