I want whoever is caught having a knife on them, and whom is proven to be using it as a weapon to kill to get a life sentence,also whoever is proven to have committed murder to also get life.
Definition of life: Is they stay in jail for all of there life not just 9 years or 20.

Even if they have "good behavior", they will not be allowed a early release.

THEY DID THE CRIME THEY MUST SERVE THERE TIME.
